CPAP therapy
What is CPAP?
CPAP (pronounced "see-pap") stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, and it's currently the most popular and effective way to treat obstructive sleep apnea.
The airway collapse associated with sleep apnea occurs following exhalation as the diaphragm tries to pull air into the lungs. CPAP prevents that collapse by delivering gently pressurized air that pneumatically splints the airway open — bringing immediate relief.
CPAP devices must be prescribed by a physician, and the right pressure range is unique to each patient. For CPAP setup and therapy support we use nurses, sleep techs, and respiratory therapists — degreed clinicians you can trust. Always ask what credentials your provider has.

We trust ResMed and Fisher Paykel products

The problem
Sleep care wasn't built with people in mind. Most people wait months, spend a fortune in time and paying big insurance deductibles. Surprise bills ranging from $1000 to $5000 for insurance deductibles. It doesn't have to be that way.
Traditional sleep labs, in real life:
- Waiting 2–3 months just to be seen while you're tired and foggy.
- Sleeping in a medical facility with 20+ wires taped everywhere.
- Surprise bills ranging from $1,000–$5,000.
- Delays of weeks or months for results that should be quick.
- Getting pushed into buying equipment at inflated prices.
